Mr. Atlas has been a part of the neurodiverse community in the NYC area since 2007. He has many insights into the needs of people who have cognitive disabilities, and enjoys spending time with his friends, family, pets, subway trains, and a range of farm animals.
His contributions as a consultant have helped
create a strong understanding of and foundation for the work ahead.
